From August 19th to September 3rd, we welcome chef Andres Giraldo Florez of Snail Bar in Oakland, California (formerly WD-50, Mugaritz, Saison) for a chef residency at our 15th century hôtel particulier in the town of Forcalquier. Each week on our summer roof terrace we'll be hosting two intimate dinners - a five-course seasonal menu along with regionally-focused wine pairings. We look forward to welcoming you!
